My grandmother, Yi-Fang married a young farmer. For three generations, our family have been planting pineapples for a living; it was hard work and long days. With an epiphany, our grandma braised those overripe pineapples into homemade jam that could be preserved.
Our most sought out drink, Yifang Fruit Tea, inherited not only my grandmothers name, but also her secret recipe. We’ve put the early-Taiwan epitome, nostalgia and warm hospitality in the cup of our drinks, using seasonal fruits, local ingredients and no concentrated juice. In every sip, you can taste the aroma of the tea and the freshness of the fruits, thus creating the classic flavour all over again for your senses.
YiFang serves fruit teas made with fresh seasonal fruits and natural ingredients. We use no concentrated juices or artificial flavourings. All our drinks are prepared in front of our customers and we can customise the level of sweetness and ice cubes for your beverage. You can also try the bubble teas with tapioca pearls. YiFang makes the unique "Mudflip" which is a brown sugar pearl tea latte. It is available only during a certain time. Queue forms very fast for the Mudfflip so ask about the time it is prepared and served!
