There are three times we might need your data: when you make a booking with us , when you buy something from us online or when you join one of our subscription / loyalty services like the YiFang Loyalty Card or Gift Card schemes.
When you order online from the YiFang Shop or register your details on the website, your name and email address are stored on our system, along with your purchase history. If you order a product online we will also save your postal address (so we can send your products out for delivery) and phone number (to contact you in case of any problems or to sort out a bespoke delivery time). We don’t store your credit card information.
If you register with us online (or opt in when you order a product) you’ll start receiving our email newsletter. We try our best to make our emails informative and fun. They include news about upcoming events, special or seasonal offers and facts about YiFang, our products and heritage. We normally send only one email out per week. There’s an “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of every email we send out – click that to remove yourself from our mailing list.
